It seems like Dai didn't land any clean quad during practice, and he also stated he's not 100% physically fit but he "wants to believe it will be ok on the day".

Thanks for starting this thread Ostile. I am excited to see Dai's Short Program "The Stroll"
It has been quite awhile since he performed it in the ice shows this past summer.

From the report that I read Dai said he is not 100%. Does he mean in practice or 100% physically. Dai usually does not divulge any information regarding injuries or not feeling
well. He usually keeps that private, so I am curious as to what he meant

Of course we all knew about his past injury to his knee but that was different.

You are right Ilica Dai's always looks fabulous.

My little niece she is 4 yrs. old was visiting me and I was watching Dai on you tube, She asked if she could watch too and the first thing out of her mouth was "he is handsome" I agreed with her and said that Dai was an elite figure skater and a rock star, then she asked me if Dai played guitar and sings. I laughed so much I had tears in my eyes.

Announcer said " Even though Takahashi fell on the quads, he seems to be happy. There may not be a concern."
I believe that Dai will be fantastic as usual.

But sometimes seeing Dai in Chinese Arena hurts me still Sad

Don't worry about Daichan's looks, he might only be concentrating or thinking ... I am sure he is going to show a great performance today :-)))
