I only watched Nobunari's and Evan's SPs so far. A nice score for Nobunari! I think at this point he has a strong chance to win the event!

Evan's program is OK, but why is he wearing black, if it's Firebird?

Oda is really great, wonderful landing. I wonder what GOE he got on jumps. But personally, I loved Evan's skate better because of presentation.

Dai and Oda are getting very close in terms of scores and jumps too.!!!

Anyway, I am impressed with Mirai. So powerful, extraordinaire flexibility. She is going to be a dark horse in nationals.

I agree, but she needs more stamina. She looked so tired at half of free program.

And WOW! to shen/zhao!! Their FP was the beauty!!

In men's competition, what most impressed me was Voronov's SP. A clean performance with strong 4T+3T is what we can't see often in competitions nowadays.
And I still like Yannick..... Everybody see the fall in SP??
I love his tremendous speed, but he needs to control it, somehow... He always looks rushed....
