I guess, our captain is currently deadly tired after worikng so hard as a super rascal in the arena. Razz

Anyway, according to some twits I found, Dai-chan tried quite a few quads in the afternoon practice but unfortunately no clean quad. But there are twits, which said that the rotation of quad looked better and that he still looked in good shape by observing the quality of skating and speed.

Yeah, in this competition there is a day between Men's SP and FP. I think Dai-chan can't peak too early due to the schedule, as well. If he's already peaked right now, it would be rahter a problem.

I am really looking forward to seeing Daichan skate and I wish him all the best :-))) He is still our hero, no matter what :-))))))))))))))

Yes, Takeshi is here. He's been here since the first early practice on Monday! Smile

But I guess in the previous costume his moves were a little bit restrained, the new one will probably emphasize his smoothness and flow much better.

So the Men start at 16:45, but Dai will skate at 21:27 according to the detailed schedule.

I'm waiting for the word from Captain too, but probably no wi-fi in the rink today. I wonder how the new costume is working, it is really rather similar to his LP costume.

New costume, and the gloves are back! Sad

Practice went ok. Quad is getting better, but still no clean ones... almost there though! He looked a bit nervous, but honestly so did anyone else! This new costume makes him look really skinny. Definitely more sober than the other one, maybe a little too much... Off to watch the last group of pairs!!!

Glad Dai's quads are getting better, thanks ostile.

Hopefully the gloves were just used to keep Dai's hands warm during practice
and will come off during competition.

Anyway, I checked Pairs results. Um..little bit surprised so i checked panels of judges, either.
I don't see videos yet but 2Canadian pairs maybe did their best at home.

ilica, I think you will get the answer from Han Yan.
I heard many experts said Han's skating is very similar (even better regarding his age) with Patrick's.
My impression about Han's. at 4CC, such like that he skated in boots with enormous horsepower engine.
