Enjoy! https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5z5yb8According to a Kanako fan's tweet, Kanako had a fan meeting today after she went to Mai's show with Dai and she told her fans that Dai came to a hotel to pick her up this morning but the hotel Kanako told him was the hotel she stayed a day before yesterday and not the hotel she was today and Dai couldn't find her there, of course, and they had to meet each other at the theater. Can you imagine that Dai would come to pick you up at a hotel?  | |

I tried to imagine a puzzled Dai, when he asked for Kana at the hotel desk and they told him she was not her guest..... | Marnie was performed so beautifully, loved it  It seems that FOI was more Kids friendly then in the past we had Marnie and Lion King both of which children love. LOL at Kanako standing Dai up for their date with the wrong hotel information. | |

I was able to watch. It has been a recap of Dai's long career, with footage from documentaries and tv news of the past. Tears in my eyes for Nats 2013 and Sochi  again after 3 years. Of course, I cannot know what Dai said so it's just my feelings..... looking back at the past was painful for me as a fan, anyway what I received from Dai was a sense of calm and peaceful attitude. He was serious, yes, but not desperate. I felt his inner strength, I felt that he has been able to get something positive even from the most bitter moments. I consider a privilege to be his fan, blessed by the beauty and poetry of Dai's skating. And I'm so, so proud of what he has achieved, during his competitive years and after, with the new challenges. I really hope that, sooner or later, someone could translate the whole interview, and above all what Akiko said right at the end, to make Dai smiling so sweetly https://twitter.com/necosan925/status/904351184093249536Anyway, being Dai, he couldn't avoid one of his "dorky Dai-chan" moments if I get it right, Nomura asked him about a memory of past summer/winter Olympic Games. | Thanks Pattina! Glad you watched the interview, you are braver than me. I knew it would be painful memories for some of us Dai fans. I can't believe Dai forgot about Nomura's gold medal to funny. He looks so bittersweet in that photo I want to give him a hug. | |
