I'm not a big sports fan. I'm just a regular Brazilian guy who likes movies and works for a Japanese university. But I confess that the first time I saw Daisuke on TV I was mesmerized and hipnotized by his amazing performance. He has a great charisma and powerful stage presence. When he dances/skates he really feels the music and his movements are beyond sport: pure art! I wish I could tell him personally that I admire his hard work and performance. So, anyone who knows him would you please transmit my message to him? Thanks Cool

I'm not 100% sure he either receives them or reads them, but you could always try, right?

Anyways, the text needs to be short and may not contain 'www',
'@' and symbols alike. In the end you should see a line in Japanese saying 'Thanks, your message's been sent'

I'm Daisuke's fan from 2002 when I saw him in JWCh and I was fascinated by his amazing performance, his charisma and lovely smile. I was so impressed, that few years later I've started training figure skating, and now it's my hobby. Very Happy

I smile every time I see videos from 2002 Jwch (which was in Norway, so I think Daisuke must have good memories of my country). He even did a 3A in the exhibition and was talking to Miki and Yukari (who both looked like they were in love with him) between his performances. Laughing

Sanseki: Wow, 2002 is an awful long time. I barely even watched figure skating back then (it started with the OG that season).

Personally, I've been following Dai since the WC 2005. He had such a great SP. Althgough he wasn't in the top back then, his name stuck with me and I remembered him very well the season after that (I was so sad that it didn't work for him all the way in the OG). When he made it to the world top I was so extremly happy I had noticed him during the earlier years. Very Happy

I'm happy to find this very informative and friendly site! Daisuke's skating really moves me; I think he's one of the best male skaters I've ever seen...and so I joined your forum.
