Burgas. The regional prosecution in coastal Burgas has pressed charges against world’s figure skating champion Maxim Staviski, deputy regional prosecutor Kalina Chapkanova announced for FOCUS News Agency. Staviski has been charged with having caused a car crash with casualties out of ignorance. The blood tests have proven Staviski had consumed alcohol before getting into the car.
