How to send a message on Daisuke's blog...

I also write on an italian forum about figure skating.
People know I'm a big fan of Daisuke, so they ask me how to send a message to him. His blog is only in japanese, so it's a bit difficult to use for foreign people...
I've never send a message to Daisuke on his blog, so I thought to ask to you.
If I click near his small picture I can find where to write the message... but then, what have I to choose? First or second choise?
And then I have to clik right or left?

Hope it helps.
But sometimes it's not as easy as it seems. The message size is limited. Also, urls are not allowed in the message body, etc.
