I am so sad that you didn't win the Gold Medal.
I thought sure you would win it this this season, ever since I saw you skate in person @ 07 Skate America in Reading PA. & you had the 2 best programs (SP & FP) of all the top 6 male skaters.

I was really pleased & respected you for the fact you kept on smiling & didn't let you dissapointment show after your FP & during the K''N'C awaiting your marks.

Bravo for your wonderful 'Good Sportsmanship'!

I wish you well & Good Luck for the next 2 seasons & the 2010 Olympics!

Even more statisfying is the fact you won with both
clean programs (SP & FP) after recovering from your back injury & losing your Canadian National title to Patrick Chan.

Also it means Canada will be able to send 3 Canadian male entrants the 2009 Worlds in L.A. California USA.

Daisuke, I enjoyed watching your performances more than ever, things didnt turn out for the best but you performed very well. You were always smiling and continued to skate passionately even when things went alittle bad. Thank you for showing such hard work and dedication, along with passion and love for the sport and your fans. Im sure we all enjoyed watching you skate and look forward to next season.
