2007-2008 Changed the rule by ISU from June 10, 2007.

The U.S. Figure Skating technical group has agreed that these changes will take effect at all domestic nonqualifying events on or after June 10, 2007.
The bellow document contains technical rules clarifications and changes for the 2007-08 seasons, changes in scales of value and levels of difficulty, and guidelines for marking GOE of singles/pairs elements. (May 8, 2007)
